Amanda Wernik is a law student at UC Davis, pursuing her Juris Doctor with the goal of becoming a licensed attorney at WernikLaw. As a legal assistant, Ms. Wernik supports the firm by reviewing discovery materials, summarizing depositions, and assisting with legal strategy. Before entering law school, Ms. Wernik worked as a Legal News Reporter at NPR-KCBX, where she covered litigation and high-profile cases across San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara Counties. Amanda interviewed attorneys and public officials, and produced detailed reports on court proceedings.
